Stand Packages
The PA will book the stands and take care of all the paperwork and other arrangements for the group. We are offering a choice of two packages and the details are as follows:

Package A - for companies who want to exhibit:

This package includes:

  • 2m x 2m unit with carpet, lighting and a power point
  • 1 table, 2 chairs, bench cabinet and a wastepaper basket
  • 8 flat shelves
  • Company name on the fascia
  • Catalogue entry
  • Copy of the Fair catalogue
  • Two exhibitor passes
  • Access to a storage area
  • Co-ordinated shipping arrangements (cost to be borne by the exhibitor)
  • On-site support
  • UKTI grant for qualifying companies

Costs:

£1,100.00 plus an administration fee of £200.00 + VAT for PA members

£300.00 + VAT for non-PA members.

Companies requiring more space should contact the PA for prices.

Package B - companies wanting a meeting and contact point but no display space

This package includes:

  • Shared meeting facilities (tables and chairs)
  • One pass
  • Stand Manager to take messages and enquiries

  • Costs:
    £450.00 + VAT for PA members
    £600.00 + VAT for non-PA members
    Please note, there are no UKTI grants for Package B

    • BookExpo America

    Booking deadline: 12th November 2010

    Companies can choose from a number of stand packages as part of the of the UK Publishing group at Book Expo America:

    Option A - 100 sq. ft stand

    • Full stand package, including 5 rows of shelves  £4,915
    • Reduced stand package, including 3 rows of shelves  £4,550
    • Stand package with no shelves  £4,232

    Option B - 150 sq. ft stand

    • Full stand package, including 5 rows of shelves  £7,234
    • Reduced stand package, including 3 rows of shelves  £6,697
    • Stand package with no shelves  £6,230

    If you require a larger stand multiples of the above can also be taken.

    Each stand package cost includes: hiring the space; transporting the stand equipment and furniture to and from the fairground; installing and dismantling the stands; the stand structure; shelving (if applicable); furniture package; lighting; a power point; carpet; company name and booth number on the fascia and access to a storage area.

    The furniture package includes one small triangle lockable cupboard, one table, three chairs and a wastepaper basket. Companies booking a 200 sq ft stand will receive twice the amount of furniture.

    Additional Graphic Options

    The basic stand package includes a blue laminated header.  On this will be mounted a red rectangle fascia with the exhibitor’s name and stand number in white vinyl lettering. In addition, exhibitors can customise their stands by adding company logos and/or other graphic panels for an additional charge.
    These prices are as follows:

    Graphic Option 1:

    Full colour digital print for the side panel above the small cupboard (660mm wide x 1580mm high)  £124

    Graphic Option 2:

    Full colour digital print for the full length dividing panel (660mm x 2280mm high) £197

    Administration Fee

    To cover our costs in organising this event the PA will charge an administration fee of £325.00 + VAT for PA members and £450.00 + VAT for non-PA members.
